Do I need a consultation first?

For colour corrections and extensions, yes — book a consultation and we’ll assess your hair and quote the work. For most other services you can book directly.

How is pricing set?

Everything is priced by time and hair length, never by gender. Prices shown are starting-at rates; your stylist confirms a final quote at your consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to someone else. A card is held to reserve appointments.

Do you take walk-ins?

We are appointment-first, but we’ll always try to fit in a fringe trim or gloss when the schedule allows. Call us to check.

Where do I park?

There is free street parking along Woodland Street and a small lot behind the building for clients.
